We're hiring experienced Order Pickers (Tugger, Stand-Up, Reach Truck) and Forklift Operators (Reach Truck & Cherry Picker) for a fast-paced distribution center in West Jefferson, OH.
?? Pay Rates • Order Picker: $20.00–$21.00/hr • Forklift Operator: $21.36–$21.86/hr
?? Order Picker Shifts 1st Shift: Sun–Thu, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM ($20/hr) 2nd Shift: Sun–Wed, 6:00 PM–4:30 AM ($21/hr)
Duties: • Operate warehouse equipment to pick and move orders • Follow pick sheets and RF scanners • Maintain productivity, accuracy, and safety standards
?? Forklift Operator Shifts 7:00 AM–3:30 PM + OT • Shift A: Mon–Fri • Shift B: Tue–Sat
Duties: • Operate Reach Truck and Cherry Picker • Pick, pack, sort, and move inventory • Assist with inventory counts and warehouse operations
? Requirements • Equipment experience required • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Reliable attendance and attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Must pass required screenings
